Hope Tech 4 V4 Disc Brake and Lever Set - Front Hydraulic Post Mount

The Tech 4 V4 builds on Hope's 25+ years of experience designing and manufacturing hydraulic brake systems. It features all new internal sealing for reduced friction and a pivot that spins on roller bearings, allowing the spring rate to be reduced. The lower spring rate delivers a lighter lever action that reduces rider fatigue while maintaining Hope's legendary feel and modulation. The updated V4 caliper utilizes hybrid-style stainless steel pistons with a phenolic insert, allowing for smoother movement and less maintenance while still managing high temperatures without heat transfer during extreme use. The brake provides a 30% power increase compared to the Tech 3 version and features genuine bite point and reach adjustment without tools to accommodate rider preferences. The caliper is precision CNC machined from aluminum forged billet for light weight and strength. A hinged clamp enables easy installation, and direct shifter mounts are available for SRAM and Shimano EV systems. The maximum rotor thickness is 3.3mm (rotor sold separately).
